Instagram and Images in Posts

The image standards for Instagram posts include the following:

• Square posts: 1080 x 1080 pixels
• Portrait posts: 1080 x 1350 pixels
• Landscape posts: 1080 x 566 pixels

Instagram recommends these dimensions to ensure that images are displayed correctly in the app. It’s important to follow these dimensions to avoid images being cropped or distorted.

In addition, it’s recommended to keep a resolution of at least 72 pixels per inch to ensure the best image quality.

Images are essential to Instagram. A great image can help you grab your followers’ attention and get your message across.

I love taking pictures, but I’m lazy and don’t want to export my images in a thousand formats or think about how to crop them. So I started creating a tool to do it all automatically, as quickly and easily as possible.
